every ….. 5-8 years you need to renew your driver license test ( non discriminting ) , for a minor fee…..and that money goes into our pa road systems, (profit from it, will be an increase in labor costs..) If you do not have an eye prescription within so so years, a non extremely outdated eye prescription, doctor recommend every year. so no longer then 2 year outdated eye prescription….involved with that…they take physical driving test and some damned simple questions like what do you do at a yellow light safely slow down to a complete stop?…. etc… how do you stop at a stop sign?….complete stop…etc…. its a privilege, not a right to drive a deadly weapon, if you cannot drive safely then you are at risk of killing myself or my family..this should be the law. it is not your right to drive you earn it.. there is nothing wrong with this.. a bill should be made up now..this will promote safe driving habits and promote a safer PA Driving population, more people are killed in car crashes then anything else in pa.. this is the number 1 killer, this would have an effect on every driver where even a 5% decrease in deaths would be substantial due to this is the number one cause of death..cars.

What a terrible thing to happen to both of them! I am not in favor of anyone over 75 driving…they have as many accidents as the under 25 bunch…but I guess that’s discrimination? I still fail to equate inexperience with impaired judgment. and 87 is a little up there! Most people that age DO have impaired consciousness it’s not being mean, it’s just a fact!
