SCRANTON — Scranton is holding its 15th annual First Night celebration.
First Night is focused in several areas of the downtown, including the Mall at Steamtown. That’s where we found organizers setting up this afternoon, unloading sweatshirts and collectible buttons that are sold for First Night each year.
The event draws hundreds of people into the mall each year with face painting and games throughout the mall for the kids, and of course, the night wraps up with a fireworks show over Courthouse Square.
