MINERSVILLE -- Six people were forced from a double-block home Sunday in Schuylkill County, according to the Red Cross.

Fire started in the home on Pine Hill Street in Minersville just before 3 p.m. The fire chief said it melted the siding of a house next door.

Two people lived in one side, and four in the other.

Authorities said everyone made it out of the house ok.

Fire crews believe it started on the ground floor, but there is no word on what sparked the blaze.
