STROUD TOWNSHIP — Drivers in the Poconos can now use a newly replaced bridge.
According to PennDOT, the bridge over Brodhead Creek on Route 191 near Stroudsburg is open again.
The bridge was closed in April and a detour was put in place as crews replaced the bridge that was deemed structurally deficient.
Some paving work will be done in the spring to complete the bridge project.
