OLYPHANT ---Police in Lackawanna County took a man into custody Monday who they said is wanted for a double murder in Virginia.
Authorities arrested Arthur Carter at a home on Walsh Plaza Monday afternoon.
Carter is wanted for two killings in Virginia back in 2008.
Carter is locked up in Lackawanna County.
It is unclear when he will be sent to Virginia to answer to murder charges.
