SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP — A big power line project in Lackawanna County was postponed Thursday because of the weather.
PennDOT says it was too foggy for helicopters and crews to string the high voltage lines.
PennDOT officials said the work will be done sometime next week.
Rolling road blocks are scheduled on Interstate 81 near the Scranton Carbondale Highway, and on Route 11 near the notch in South Abington Township.
