WILLIAMSPORT — Williamsport police have opened an investigation after a gun shot victim was found outside of a hospital early Wednesday morning.
Williamsport police said they do not know where the shooting happened and so far, no witnesses have come forward.
Investigators report the man is in serious condition, but have not released the name of victim.
