SCRANTON — Two former residents of New Jersey were sentenced in federal court Thursday for armed robberies at convenient stores in three counties.
Tysheed Hargrove, 20, was sentenced to 10 years.
Jose Nunez, 20, was sentenced to seven and a half years.
Both held up at least 10 stores and mini marts starting in December of 2011.
Federal authorities took over the prosecution in September 2012.
Their crime spree in Luzerne, Carbon, and Schuylkill Counties lasted about three months.
