SCRANTON — Interstate 81 north and south at the Main Avenue/Dickson City exit (190) is expected to be down to one lane until 6 a.m. Thursday.
Crews are preparing for the next phase of construction on the interstate in Lackawanna County.
Part of the next phase is closing the Main Avenue to Interstate 81 north ramp until spring, according to PennDOT.
The highway is also scheduled to be down to one lane on Thursday night until 6 a.m. Friday.
