Last May, The Inaugural Coaches Versus Cancer Gala, brought 500 people to the Hilton in downtown Scranton, to raise money for cancer awareness.
During the live auction, Richard Conaboy of Scranton, won the opportunity to be a "WNEP Sportscaster for a Day, " and that day came this Tuesday, December 3rd.
Richard reported on the new Scranton Prep Head Basketball Coach, Andrew Kettel- who was a co-chair of the Gala.
Kettel is busy preparing his squad for their season opener at Meyers, this Friday.
