SCRANTON — Scranton police arrested a man Monday after they say he went to a restaurant to meet who he thought was a 14 year old girl he met online.
Instead Ray Leepier, 39, of Scranton was met by Scranton detectives and taken into custody.
Leepier is charged with attempted statutory sexual assault, attempted indecent assault on a person less than 16 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors.
