Hanukkah Celebrations Begin

hanukah

WILKES-BARRE — Wednesday marks the start of Hanukkah, the Jewish festival of lights.

The first light on the menorah outside the Jewish Community Center in Wilkes-Barre was lit at sundown.

The holiday commemorates the re-dedication of the temple in Jerusalem centuries ago.

Tradition also has it that a candelabra miraculously burned for eight days with only one day’s worth of oil.

it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
    Other then that, great blog!
