WILKES-BARRE — A man will spend up to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting a child.
Lanning Vagts of the Hazleton Area was sentenced Tuesday.
A judge sentenced Vagts to 18 to 120 months in prison. He was also found to be a sexually violent predator subject to Megan’s Law registration for life.
His house and van were spray-painted with graffiti last year after his arrest on child sex assault charges in Luzerne County.
