WILKES-BARRE — A troubled apartment complex in Wilkes-Barre is yet again the scene of crime.
It happened after 8 a.m. Monday at Sherman Hills apartment complex.
Police say two women got into a fight over a cell phone and one of the women stabbed the other in the back.
Police arrested Shamira Pierce, 22, of Wilkes-Barre, also known as “Hollywood.” She was taken into custody and charged by police.
