MONTROSE -- In Montrose, Susquehanna County, lights are lit, and people are out and about, but they are aware: a possible storm is on the way.

"It has to come sometime, so now is as good a time as any," said Mark Heeman, of Montrose.

There could be snow, sleet and even ice.

"I mean, I don't want to drive in ice. If it's snow, OK, but if it's ice, that's not fun," Nicole Williams, of Kingsley.

Newswatch 16 spoke with one woman who owns the Montrose Campground. When Amanda Carney saw the forecast, she got busy.

"I have about 50 trailers in my campground right now. We have to make sure they all have the winter hoses on, we have to make sure that our water doesn't freeze over, so it's a little hard. But we had the day off today, we were doing that all today," said Carney.
