HUNLOCK CREEK -- Police responded to a violent crash in the Sweet Valley area of Luzerne County.
A car ran off Main Road in Hunlock Creek and slammed into a barn around 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
First responders feared the barn would collapse. It took more than a half hour to get the victim out of the wreckage.
State police were not able to say why the driver lost control of the car.
The name of the driver has not been released.
