WYOMING -- A teenager is headed to trial for allegedly hitting and killing a pedestrian in Luzerne County.
A district judge Thursday found enough evidence against Tyler Duda of Wyoming to send his case to trial. Duda, 16, is accused of hitting and killing a man with his car on West Union street in Nanticoke in July.
Prosecutors in Luzerne County on Thursday added a new charge of involuntary manslaughter against Duda.
Duda is being charged as an adult and is locked up in Luzerne County jail.
