MONTOURSVILLE — Police in Lycoming County found a man with a gun and a gunshot wound on the street Thursday morning.
Authorities said they found the man on Cherry Street in Montoursville around 2 a.m.
According to police, a 26-year-old Army veteran had some kind of flashback when he fired off shots accidentally hitting himself in the leg.
Police think several shots were fired but do not think anyone or anything else was hit.
