KINGSTON TOWNSHIP — A hearing for three borough workers on theft charges Luzerne County was delayed Wednesday because prosecutors forgot to tell the lead investigator about the hearing.
Authorities believe Richard Boice, Jason Boice, and Denise Sult used just over $800 from the Harveys Lake Municipal Authority to buy personal items.
The accused have since paid back the money.
Their attorneys asked for the charges to be dismissed but a district judge said no. The hearing is rescheduled for January 21, 2014.
