This is another dish I have never tried before, and have never had anything like this either.
It is a bit similar to chicken cutlet, but the outside is much crunchier and the honey mustard type sauce gives it a sweet taste, while the salty pretzel crust balances it out.
The inside is then creamy and warm. I think comfort food when I tried this.
I give Gubbios pretzel crusted chicken 4-and-a-half stars!
