ORWIGSBURG — Police in Schuylkill County told Newswatch 16 charges were withdrawn against Jason Stevens who was originally accused of robbery.
An arrest warrant was issued last week for Jason Stevens, 21, Shenandoah.
Police claimed he robbed a home on West Market Street in Orwigsburg.
Officers said after extensive interviews and reviewing surveillance video they determined Stevens isn’t their guy.
Police continue to search for the suspect as their investigation continues in Schuylkill County.
