There is a new state champion in field hockey, and its Wyoming Seminary! Last Season, the Crestwood Comets field hockey team, won the state championship, and this Saturday, they were back on the field hoping to defend their title. Taking on a strong Wyoming Seminary team, the Comets scored first, but Wyoming Seminary added two late goals to win the state title! The final was 2-1, and Wyoming Seminary Head Coach, Karen Klassner, says it was a great relief for her girls to capture this win, after losing twice to Crestwood in the regular season.
