STATE COLLEGE — A Penn State student is dead after falling from the 9th floor of an apartment building.
According to State College police, they were called to Penn Towers Apartments just before 4:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
20-year-old Conor Macmannis was pronounced dead at the scene after what police say was an accidental fall.
Police believe drugs and alcohol may have been a factor in the deadly fall in state college.
