MILTON -- Police in Northumberland County arrested a man on drug charges after a traffic stop.
Investigators said Matthew Romero from Williamsport was stopped Sunday morning in Milton.
According to police, officers found 98 bags of heroin worth about $2,000.
Romero is locked up in Northumberland County.
