KIDDER TOWNSHIP -- Police said charges may be filed against a firearms dealer from Northampton County, after a gun went off during a gun show in Carbon County.

Police said on Saturday morning during a show at Split Rock Resort, William McPoyle of Jacobsburgs Guns in Nazareth was slightly injured when the gun he was handling discharged.

McPoyle was not hit by the bullet and refused medical treatment.

The Carbon County district attorney will decide if Mcpoyle will be charged in the incident.
