1 Quart Chick Peas, Drained and Washed
½ Cup Olive Oil
¾ Cup Lemon Juice
9 Cloves Peeled Garlic
½ Cup Tahini Paste
1 Teaspoon Cumin
2 Tablespoon Parsley
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth scraping down the bowl occasionally.
