Woman Hospitalized After Wayne County House Fire

WAYNE COUNTY—Fire crews were called to a home along the Cochecton Turnpike in Wayne County just after 3 a.m. Friday morning.

Investigators say a woman inside the home at the time of the fire was hospitalized for breathing in too much smoke.

Crews managed to douse the flames.

There is no word on the woman’s condition.
