SCHUYLKILL COUNTY—A judge ruled Friday that a Schuylkill County man is guilty of careless driving and failure to drive a safe speed in connection with a deadly crash that left two little girls dead earlier this year.

Three-year old Catrina Williams and 6-year-old Carianna Kroh were killed when the car they were in was struck leaving a church in West Brunswick Township on Palm Sunday.

The judge Friday also ruled the girls’ mother, Victoria Place, who was driving the car, is not guilty of improperly entering the highway.
