SCRANTON --- Upcycling has become a popular movement, especially in the art world.

It means taking something that might normally go in the garbage and dressing it up to make it into something new.

Lindsay Barrasse is an artist in downtown Scranton is doing exactly that and Newswatch 16's  Sophia Ojeda visited her studio in this week's Power To Save.
