The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey team suffered a 4-3 shoot-out loss to the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday night at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township. Syracuse took a 1-0 lead in the first period before the Pens tied the game at 1-1. It was 2-1 Syracuse after one period, but in the second Andrew Ebbett found a hole and stuffed one in to tie the game at 2-2. The team traded goals in the 3rd period before the Pens lost in a shootout.
