WILKES-BARRE — A grandmother who was recently convicted of trying to poison her son’s girlfriend in Luzerne County was in court again to plead guilty to another case.
On Monday morning, Helen Galli of Wyoming admitted stealing $23 worth of meat from a grocery store in 2010.
Just last month, a jury found Galli guilty of trying to poison her son’s girlfriend.
Officials say the outcome of this theft case will be considered in her sentencing in December for both cases.
