FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP -- An Allentown man faces a long list of charges, after an incident Saturday night near Lehighton, in Carbon County.
Police said Robert Burns, 22, allegedly tried to take off after a traffic stop, dragging a state trooper with his car in the process.
According to officials, Burns crashed his car along Route 209, at the Pennsylvania Turnpike near Mahoning Valley.
State police said he will be charged when he gets out of the hospital.
