WILKES-BARRE — A man from Luzerne County was arrested Tuesday night on child rape charges.
Police say Gary Machinshok, 28, of Wilkes-Barre raped a young girl multiple times starting when she was 14.
He is locked up in the Luzerne County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
