WILKES-BARRE — WNEP-TV’s annual Trail of Treats made a stop Tuesday at the Ramada Inn on Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
Don Jacobs and Noreen Clark were there handing out candy and reading stories to the children.
The event provides children with special needs a safe environment to trick or treat.
Trail of Treats is made possible by donations from area businesses and civic groups.
