FREELAND — State police in Luzerne County think they have the woman responsible for a hold up at a bank in Freeland.
Investigators say Candis Nesgoda from Foster Township held up the Bank of America on Centre Street around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Officials say she gave the bank teller a note saying she had an explosive and demanded $5,000.
Authorities took Nesgoda into custody. She was then taken to the hospital because of a medical issue. She will be arraigned after being released from the hospital in Luzerne County.
