WILKES-BARRE — A man from Wilkes-Barre was charged Tuesday with viewing and distributing child pornography.
Police arraigned John Luchi, 58, of Wilkes-Barre at a magistrate’s office on several counts of child porn.
Investigators said Luchi admitted watching child porn they found on his computer.
Luchi is locked up with bail set at $50,000.
