HAZLETON — A judge dismissed charges Monday against a man accused of making threats against the Luzerne County district attorney.

Authorities accused Sean Donahue from Hazleton of sending a threatening letter to Stefanie Salavantis last year.

Donahue’s attorney argued the letter was protected by free speech.

    so if we send a threatening letter to Obama that too is protected by free speech? or maybe if this judge has a son or daughter, we can send a threatening letter to them, or maybe to the judge…law or no law, get around that one! fools!
