The Mountain View boy's soccer team defeated Wilkes-Barre Meyers 13-0 on Friday afternoon in a District II boy's "A" soccer match. It was the Eagles 29th win in a row. Last year Mountain View won the PIAA "A" state soccer title. Colby Thomas scored four goals on Friday moving him to 7th all-time in the state in scoring with 154 career goals. Zeb Cross also had four assists pushing his all-time total to 100 putting him 6th all-time in the state for assists. Mountain View resumes play on Tuesday at home and Newswatch 16 sports will feature the team on Monday at 6pm.
