CLIFFORD TOWNSHIP – State police in Susquehanna County said one man was killed and two others were hurt in a head-on crash Friday night.

The wreck happened on Route 106 near Lenoxville around 6:30 p.m.

Troopers said the driver of a car that crossed the yellow line on a curve, Zachary Dayton, 30, of Clifford Township, died at the scene.

Two men in the pickup truck that was hit, Robert Swingle and Sean Burnham of Carbondale, had to be rescued from the crushed pickup.
