SCRANTON — Students from five high schools in Lackawanna County passed out red ribbons to people on Courthouse Square in Scranton Friday morning.
It’s part of the nationwide Red Ribbon campaign which urges people to live drug-free lives.
The students were from Scranton, West Scranton, Mid Valley, Valley View and Dunmore school districts.
