Flames Damage Home in Schuylkill County

COALDALE -- Firefighters are investigating the cause of flames that wrecked a home in Schuylkill County Thursday afternoon.

A fire broke out in the garage of a single-family home along West Howard Avenue in Coaldale just before 3 p.m.

No one was hurt.  The garage and part of the house was badly damaged.

The fire chief said he was not sure how many people live in the home or how the fire started.
