SCRANTON — Scranton police said they made one of the largest heroin busts in department history.
On Thursday, undercover police confiscated about 2,000 bags of heroin worth about $40,000.
Five people were arrested and face numerous drug charges.
Those arrested are Willy Perez, 35, Jose Bueno De Jesus, 23, Morelia Latingua, 18, Mahd Odeh, 48, Arquimedes Rivera Perez, 32.
