MAHANOY TOWNSHIP — An arrest warrant is out for a contractor from Schuylkill County who police say got paid for work he never finished.
Officers say John Kachmar of the Barnesville area ripped off four home owners, taking a total of nearly $17,000.
Police believe there may be more victims. Police ask if you know where John Kachmar is to give them a call at 570-462-1991.
