SCRANTON — Police in Scranton say they caught a man in the act burglarizing a home Wednesday morning in the city’s hill section.
Officers tell us a neighbor spotted the man breaking into the house on Myrtle Street with hedge clippers.
Police found a man inside and took him in for questioning.
They believe he may be connected to other burglaries in Lackawanna County.
