Body In River Identified

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Authorities in Luzerne County have identified a body found in the Susquehanna River.

The coroner identified the remains as Sean Obitz, 35. His last address is not known.

Investigators said the death does not appear to be criminal but they are waiting for more test results before ruling on the cause of death.

Obitz’s body was found in the river on Sunday by a fisherman.

    I would like to say Sean obitz was a good man I hope we find out what he dead from some people say it was a of I don’t know but the two people that may k ow something will feel bad if it was of and they pushed him in the river that’s a shame that it was Sean obitz he was my best friend and we where talking about getting a place of are own together for the winter r.I.p. Sean obitz
