SCRANTON — Fire damaged an apartment house in Scranton’s hill section Tuesday afternoon.
Smoke poured from the building along Harrison Avenue around 3:30 p.m.
Crews tell us a woman was taken to the hospital with minor burns.
The homeowner says three people lived there.
The cause of the fire in Scranton is under investigation.
