STROUDSBURG — Police say a man tried to abduct a girl Tuesday morning near the high school in Stroudsburg.
Officers tell us the man got out of an older model, green minivan parked on Fetherman Street, grabbed the girl, and tried to carry her toward the vehicle.
The victim was able to break away and run to the high school in Stroudsburg.
