WYOMING — A suspended part-time police officer in Luzerne County is facing more allegations of child sex abuse.
For the second time in two weeks, Cody Smith is accused of having sexual relations with a teenager.
Earlier this month, authorities charged Smith with sexually abusing a 16 year old.
Now investigators said he also had inappropriate sexual contact with a 14 year old.
Smith’s charges include statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Smith is suspended from the Wyoming Borough Police Department.
