Meth Lab Bust in Northumberland County

MOUNT CARMEL -- A suspected drug lab is out of business in Northumberland County.

Authorities say methamphetamine was being made at a home on East Cherry street in Mount Carmel Sunday night.

Investigators in hazmat suits were called in to remove meth which is known to be a powerful stimulant that can be dangerous to produce.

Police have not said who was arrested or what charges they face after the bust.
