Two Arrested After Alleged Meth Bust

WILKES-BARRE — Police in Wilkes-Barre, along with state police busted a home where they believe people were making methamphetamine. Meth is a powerful illegal stimulant.

Investigators said they found two people, Steven Thrush, 28, and Amanda Andes, 23, passed out in the home, and children were in there unsupervised.

Authorities also said several meth related items were found in the home and the house was in deplorable conditions.

Officers took Thrush and Andes into custody.
